Temirlan Erlanov

Temirlan Erlanov is a Kazakhstan defender who plays primarily as a centre-back for Aktobe. Born on 9 July 1993 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, he began his professional career with hometown club FK Vostok, making appearances in 2013 and 2015. Erlanov moved to Ordabasy in 2016, where he established himself in Kazakhstan’s top flight. His club career has also included Tobol Kostanay and further spells with Aktobe, reflecting a long presence in the country’s leading domestic competition. With Ordabasy, he helped win the 2023 Kazakhstan Premier League title, the first league championship in the club’s history. Erlanov made his Kazakhstan debut in a friendly against Moldova on 21 February 2019 and has represented the national team in European Championship and World Cup qualifying. At 189 centimetres, he offers a strong aerial presence and can contribute to defensive organisation and set-piece situations.
