Tomislav Duvnjak

Tomislav Duvnjak is a Croatian midfielder from Zagreb, born on 5 February 2003. He developed in the Dinamo Zagreb academy, captaining youth sides and featuring for Croatian teams from under-16 to under-19 level. Duvnjak also helped Dinamo’s “Maksimir Fakin” side reach the UEFA Youth League quarter-finals, including an away win over Dynamo Kyiv. He made his senior debut for Dinamo Zagreb in July 2020, coming on against Varaždin in a 2–0 victory. He then gained regular professional experience with Dinamo Zagreb II in Croatia’s second tier. In 2022, Duvnjak moved to Istra 1961 and later spent the 2023–24 season on loan at Sesvete. Since 2024, he has continued his development with Varaždin, operating mainly as a defensive or central midfielder who combines ball recovery, positional discipline and short passing.
