Tsotne Chotalishvili

Tsotne Chotalishvili is a Georgian midfielder whose game has developed through the country’s domestic system. He came through the FC Iberia 1999 academy, formerly Saburtalo Tbilisi, and played 225 minutes in the 2017/18 UEFA Youth League. In January 2019, Chotalishvili moved to FC Gagra before joining WIT Georgia in July 2020. At WIT Georgia, he became a regular across the 2021–23 seasons, recording 1,558 league minutes in 2021, 1,168 in 2022 and 2,469 in 2023. He joined FC Spaeri on a free transfer in January 2024, continuing his career in Georgia’s second tier. Primarily a defensive midfielder, Chotalishvili has also played in central and attacking midfield, offering positional flexibility. He has represented Georgia at under-20 level, adding youth international experience to a career built on consistency and midfield coverage.
