Théo Berdayes Marques

Théo Berdayes Marques is a Swiss attacker who plays for FC Sion. Born on 23 May 2002, he developed locally with FC Saint-Maurice and FC Saxon Sports before joining Sion’s academy in 2017. He entered Sion’s U21 side in 2019 and made his professional debut as a late substitute against BSC Young Boys in August 2021. Berdayes scored his first professional goal soon afterwards, coming off the bench to net a 94th-minute winner against FC Lugano. Seeking regular senior football, he joined Yverdon-Sport FC on loan for the 2022–23 season and helped the club win the Swiss Challenge League and promotion. Returning to Sion in 2023, he continued his development as a versatile forward capable of operating wide or centrally. Berdayes has also represented Switzerland at under-20 and under-21 level.
