Tyler Shaan Adams

Tyler Shaan Adams is a United States international football defender from Wappingers Falls, New York, born on February 14, 1999. He developed in the New York Red Bulls system and made his senior debut for the club in 2015. Adams moved to RB Leipzig in January 2019, reuniting with Jesse Marsch, and scored the late winner against Atlético Madrid in 2020 to send Leipzig into its first Champions League semi-final. He helped Leipzig win the 2021–22 DFB-Pokal before joining Leeds United in July 2022. Adams signed for Bournemouth in August 2023 and remains registered with the Premier League club. For the United States, he captained the team at the 2022 World Cup, which reached the knockout stage, and was named 2022 U.S. Soccer Male Player of the Year.
