Salih Uçan

Salih Uçan is a Turkish central midfielder born in Muğla on 6 January 1994. He developed at Bucaspor before joining Fenerbahçe in 2012, beginning a senior career that soon brought him to European attention. During Fenerbahçe’s 2012–13 Europa League campaign, Uçan scored against Viktoria Plzeň as the club reached the semi-finals. In 2014, he moved to AS Roma on loan, then gained further experience with FC Sion and Empoli before returning to Turkey. Uçan rebuilt his career at Alanyaspor between 2019 and 2021, where his passing and central midfield work became increasingly prominent. He joined Beşiktaş in 2021, contributing distribution, tempo control and defensive coverage from midfield. Uçan is now listed with Gençlerbirliği, extending a career shaped by movement between Turkish and European football.
