Sander Tangvik

Sander Tangvik is a Norwegian goalkeeper born on 29 November 2002. He developed at Byåsen before joining Rosenborg’s academy in 2017, progressing through Rosenborg U19 and Rosenborg II before entering the senior squad in March 2021. Tangvik made his first-team debut against Orkla in the Norwegian Cup in August 2021, then made his league debut as a late substitute in November 2022. He subsequently established himself as Rosenborg’s first-choice goalkeeper, featuring throughout the 2025 Eliteserien campaign and recording 28 clean sheets across 85 competitive appearances. A proactive goalkeeper, Tangvik contributes to build-up play, sweeps behind the defence and uses accurate long distribution. He received his first Norway senior call-up in November 2025. In January 2026, Tangvik moved to Hamburger SV, continuing his progression in Germany.
