Sam Sanna

Sam Sanna is a French midfielder born in Lourdes on 8 March 1999. He joined Toulouse’s academy in 2014 and developed there for six years before signing his first professional contract in June 2020. Sanna made his senior debut for Toulouse against Grenoble on 29 August 2020, gaining experience in a competitive first-team environment. Seeking regular playing time, he moved to Stade Lavallois on loan in June 2022. His performances in the 2022–23 campaign helped establish him at Laval, where the move became permanent on 1 July 2023. Primarily used in central or defensive midfield, Sanna has also filled roles at full-back and in attacking midfield, offering positional flexibility and helping connect defensive and attacking phases. At Laval, he has developed from a Toulouse prospect into an established senior player.
