Stavros Pilios

Stavros Pilios is a Greek left-back who developed through Elpides Ioanninon before joining the PAS Giannina youth system. He signed his first professional contract with PAS Giannina in January 2019 and made his senior debut later that year in a Greek Cup match against Enosis Aspropyrgos. Pilios was part of PAS Giannina’s 2019–20 Super League 2 title-winning campaign, which brought promotion to the top flight. In 2021–22, he moved on loan to Iraklis, where he made 30 appearances, scoring twice and providing one assist. Returning to PAS Giannina, he became a regular during the 2022–23 season, registering two assists. On 23 June 2023, Pilios joined AEK Athens on a four-year contract. At AEK, he has continued as a left-back and wing-back, gaining domestic and UEFA Conference League experience.
