Sidney Evrard Viérin Obissa Mboumini

Sidney Evrard Viérin Obissa Mboumini is a Gabonese defender, born in Libreville on 4 May 2000. He developed in the Lyon area with US Cheminots Lyon Vaise, Domtac FC and FC Lyon before completing his youth progression at Bourg-en-Bresse Péronnas. Obissa signed his first professional contract with AC Ajaccio on 7 March 2020, then gained experience on loan at Olympic Charleroi in Belgium. He later joined Villefranche for the 2022–23 season, making 27 appearances and scoring his first goal, before spells with Francs Borains and FK Krumovgrad. In July 2025, he moved to Orléans, where he continues his club career. Obissa debuted for Gabon against Benin in October 2020 and featured at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, including the round-of-16 match against Burkina Faso.
