Sargis Metoyan
Sargis Metoyan is an Armenian centre-forward born in Artashat on 6 September 1997. Right-footed and 1.81 metres tall, he developed with Dvin and Ararat-2 before establishing himself at Ararat Yerevan. He later continued his career with Lernayin Artsakh and represented Armenia at under-21 level. In January 2022, Metoyan moved to Romania to join FK Csíkszereda, spending half a season in the country’s second tier. After returning to Armenia, he played for Alashkert and West Armenia. At Alashkert, he scored eight goals during the 2024/25 season to finish as the team’s leading scorer. That campaign preceded his July 2025 move to Pyunik Yerevan, where Metoyan has also featured in UEFA Conference League qualifying.
