Şahruddin Məhəmmədəliyev

Şahruddin Məhəmmədəliyev is an Azerbaijani goalkeeper born in Makhachkala on June 12, 1994. He developed in Russia, spending youth periods with Torpedo Moscow and Strogino Moscow before returning to Anzhi Makhachkala. In 2013, he moved to Azerbaijan with Shahdag Qusar, and he made his top-flight debut for Sumgayit in February 2014. Qarabag signed Məhəmmədəliyev in January 2016, beginning a long spell that brought seven Azerbaijan Premier League titles and three domestic cups. After joining Adana Demirspor for the 2023–24 season, he returned to Qarabag in July 2024. At international level, Məhəmmədəliyev represents Azerbaijan and produced 14 saves in a 0–1 World Cup qualifying defeat by Portugal in 2022.
