Samuel Kalu Ojim

Samuel Kalu attacks space down the right, sprinting beyond defenders and threatening the channel. He rose through AS Trenčín, winning the Slovak league title in 2015-16 before moving to Bordeaux in 2018. Kalu thrives on high-speed wing runs. He made his senior international debut for Nigeria in 2018. In January 2022, Kalu joined Watford on a three-and-a-half-year deal, before signing with Botev Plovdiv in 2025. As a right winger, Samuel Kalu uses pace and dribbling to pin centre-backs and drive attacks. He cushions the ball with touches, checks short then spins in behind, and links play with one-touch layoffs. Kalu finishes moves by getting shots off quickly after bursts through the gap.
