Silvio Ilinković

Silvio Ilinković is a Bosnia-Herzegovina midfielder born in Nova Bila on 5 October 2002. He developed through local football before joining HNK Rijeka as a free agent in October 2018. Rijeka later loaned him to HŠK Posušje and HŠK Zrinjski Mostar, giving him senior experience in Bosnia and Herzegovina. With Zrinjski, Ilinković was part of the team that won the 2022–23 Premijer Liga BiH title and Bosnian Cups in 2022–23 and 2023–24. He also featured for Rijeka in European qualifying campaigns, including the Europa League and Conference League. In January 2026, he completed a permanent move to NK Varazdin. Primarily a central midfielder, Ilinković has developed from a defensively minded player into a more versatile presence who supports build-up and connects defensive work with forward transitions.
