Sondre Brunstad Fet

Sondre Brunstad Fet is a Norwegian central midfielder born in Ålesund on 17 January 1997. He began playing at Sykkylven before joining Aalesunds FK in 2013, developing as a versatile midfielder able to operate centrally or from the flank. Fet made his professional debut for Aalesund in August 2014 against Haugesund. He spent seven years with the club, helping Aalesund win the 2019 OBOS-ligaen and secure promotion to the Eliteserien. In May 2020, he moved to Bodø/Glimt on loan, where his running and quick vertical passing suited Kjetil Knutsen’s aggressive 4-3-3. The move became permanent in early 2021, and he has since been part of Bodø/Glimt’s league-winning sides in 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2024. At Bodø/Glimt, Fet links midfield with the attack, presses actively and contributes through late runs into the area, while remaining a right-footed central option.
