Sampson Kargeoh Dweh Jr.

Sampson Kargeoh Dweh Jr. is a Liberian centre-back born on 10 October 2001. He began senior football with LPRC Oilers in Liberia, where his physical defending and aerial ability emerged during the 2021–22 period. In September 2022, Dweh moved to Czech second-tier club MFK Vyškov, gaining his first experience in European football. Viktoria Plzeň then took him on loan in July 2023, and he made appearances across domestic and European competitions. Plzeň made the move permanent in June 2024, continuing Dweh’s rapid rise in Czech football. He operates centrally in a back four or back three, stepping out to challenge, competing in the air and helping progress possession with passes and carries. Dweh has also represented Liberia since debuting against Mauritania in June 2021 and remains part of Plzeň’s defensive group.
