Senou Coulibaly

Senou Coulibaly is a Malian international defender born in Pontoise, France, on 4 September 1994. At 1.93 metres, he operates primarily as a centre-back and developed through France’s amateur ranks before reaching professional football. He joined Dijon in 2018, making the move from the lower divisions to Ligue 1 and beginning a five-year spell with the club. Coulibaly then continued at Dijon as the team competed in both Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. His height supports his work in aerial duels and defensive set pieces, while his size gives him a strong presence in the back line. In 2023, he moved to Omonia Nicosia in Cyprus, adding European competition experience through the club’s Conference League campaign and qualifiers. Coulibaly has also represented Mali at senior level, extending a late-developing pathway from French amateur football to international and European competition.
