Samuel Johansen Chukwudi

Samuel Johansen Chukwudi is a Faroese midfielder born on 25 June 2003. He developed at HB in Tórshavn and began appearing for the club’s reserve side in 2019. Chukwudi joined Union Saint-Gilloise’s youth academy in Belgium in January 2022, gaining experience in a professional European environment. He returned to HB in early 2023 and continued his senior development in Faroese football. His progress later took him abroad, with Ried listed among his current club affiliations. At international level, Chukwudi has represented the Faroe Islands through the youth ranks and has been involved with the senior national team. Standing 1.95 metres tall, Samuel Chukwudi offers a notable physical presence in midfield while continuing a career shaped by development at home and opportunities overseas.
