Stanislav Buchnev

Stanislav Buchnev is an Armenian goalkeeper born in Vladikavkaz, Russia, on 17 July 1990. He began his senior career with Avtodor Vladikavkaz in 2008 before continuing through Russian football with Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk and Mashuk-KMV Pyatigorsk. Buchnev joined Volgar Astrakhan in 2014 and established himself in the Russian second tier, making more than 100 appearances across three seasons. He later represented FC Tyumen and Fakel Voronezh, gaining further experience as a dependable goalkeeper and defensive organiser. In July 2020, Buchnev moved to Pyunik Yerevan, where he became an important figure in the club’s domestic and European campaigns. He helped Pyunik win the Armenian Premier League in 2021–22 and 2023–24. Eligible for Armenia, he received his first call-up in 2021 and made his international debut against Germany on 14 November that year.
