Sondre Flem Bjørshol

Sondre Flem Bjørshol is a Norwegian defender who has built his career in the country’s western football region. Born in Stavanger on 30 April 1994, he began his development at FK Vidar. With Vidar’s youth side, he won the Dana Cup in 2010, an early milestone in his football education. In 2016, Bjørshol moved to Åsane, where he continued his progression in Norway’s second tier. He returned to Stavanger in August 2018, signing for Viking. At Viking, the defender helped the club re-establish itself in the Eliteserien and later became part of the team that won the 2025 league title. Primarily a right-back, Bjørshol can also cover at left-back or right midfield, while his game is built around positioning, defensive reading and dependable work across the flank.
