Stanislav Basmanov

Stanislav Basmanov is a Kazakhstan midfielder who plays for FC Astana. Born on June 24, 2001, he developed through the club's youth and reserve system. He progressed through Astana's setup between 2017 and 2021, gaining experience in the First League. In that competition, he made 13 appearances and scored twice. Basmanov joined Astana's first team on a full-time basis in July 2021, completing a gradual move into senior football. He has remained with the club, appearing regularly across subsequent seasons. His Astana career has included domestic success, with Premier League championships in 2018, 2019 and 2022, as well as Super Cup honours. He has also featured in UEFA Conference League qualifying and group-stage matches against European opposition. At international level, Basmanov has represented Kazakhstan in the under-17 and under-21 age groups, continuing his development within the national setup.
