Soufiane Bahassa

Soufiane Bahassa is a French defender born in Bordeaux on 8 July 1994. He developed through regional football with Langon and Lormont before representing Lège-Cap-Ferret. In 2018, Bahassa moved to Morocco, where he played for Mouloudia d’Oujda and Kénitra AC. He returned to France in 2020, joining Lège-Cap-Ferret before progressing to Libourne. During the 2023–24 season, he became an important part of Libourne’s team. His performances earned a move to Bordeaux in September 2024, following the club’s administrative collapse and relegation to National 2. At Bordeaux, Bahassa brought experience from regional football and Morocco to the rebuilt squad. He has also been listed with Bourges Foot 18, extending his connection with French football outside the professional game.
