Ricardo Luís Chaby Mangas

Ricardo Mangas is a Portuguese left-back born in Olhão on 19 March 1998. He developed with Marítimo Olhanense and Ferreiras before spending his formative years in Benfica’s academy from 2009 to 2017. After leaving Benfica, he joined Aves and was immediately loaned to Mirandela, gaining senior experience in Portugal’s third tier. Mangas made his professional breakthrough with Aves during the 2019–20 season, scoring his first senior goal against Marítimo. He then moved to Boavista and later joined Bordeaux on loan for the 2021–22 Ligue 1 campaign, scoring three times. A subsequent spell at Vitória de Guimarães established Ricardo Mangas as a regular starter before his move to Spartak Moscow in 2024. He is currently listed with Monza, continuing a career built around left-sided defending, forward runs and positional versatility.
