Raul Gustavo Pereira Bicalho

Raul Gustavo Pereira Bicalho is a Brazilian defender whose career has included development in Minas Gerais and senior football in Brazil and Europe. He came through the youth ranks of Democrata-SL and Betinense before moving to NK Lokomotiva in Croatia in 2018. After one year there, Raul returned home in 2019, joining Corinthians at under-20 and under-23 level. A loan with Inter de Limeira preceded his professional Corinthians debut on January 28, 2021, where his left-footed centre-back profile combined physical defending with purposeful distribution. He later left Corinthians for Ferencvárosi in June 2024, featuring in the UEFA Europa League and helping the Hungarian club win the Nemzeti Bajnokság I title. In August 2025, Raul joined New York City FC, where he continues to add a left-footed option in central defence and can provide build-up presence from the back line.
