Rafael Navarro Leal

Rafael Navarro is a Brazilian forward born in Cabo Frio on 14 April 2000. He began his senior career with Botafogo, making his professional debut in 2020 after joining the club in late 2019. Navarro became an important attacking figure during Botafogo’s 2021 promotion campaign, scoring 15 goals in Série B as the side returned to Brazil’s top flight. His performances earned a move to Palmeiras in December 2021, where he operated within a strong squad and produced a notable Copa Libertadores display in April 2022. Entering as a substitute against Independiente Petrolero, he scored four times in Palmeiras’ 8–1 victory. Navarro moved to the Colorado Rapids on loan in 2023 before the MLS club made the transfer permanent in 2024. He remains part of Colorado’s forward line.
