Rıdvan Yılmaz
Rıdvan Yılmaz is a Turkish left-back born in İstanbul on 21 May 2001. He joined the Beşiktaş academy in 2009 and progressed through the club’s youth system before making his senior debut in April 2019. Yılmaz became a regular during the 2020–21 season, helping Beşiktaş win the Turkish league and cup double. In July 2022, he transferred to Rangers, where he continued his development in Scottish football and helped the club win the Scottish League Cup in 2023–24. He returned to Beşiktaş in August 2025, bringing his career back to the club where it began. Yılmaz has also represented Türkiye at youth level and made his senior international debut against Azerbaijan in May 2021. He was included in Türkiye’s squad for UEFA Euro 2020.
