Romeo Vermant

Romeo Vermant attacks space and drifts beyond the line to threaten the back post, pressing high and linking play as Club Brugge's centre-forward. He breaks through at Club Brugge's academy, debuting with Club NXT in 2021 before earning a promotion to the senior squad in 2023. Vermant then shines on loan at Westerlo. In May 2025 he scored a match-winning brace in the Belgian Cup final, establishing himself as a starter for Club Brugge in 2025/26. Late 2025 he earned his first senior Belgium cap, adding an international note to his growing résumé. As a centre-forward, Vermant acts as a target forward who pins centre-backs and finishes moves. He attacks space, times runs, and offers one-touch layoffs to link play. On the pitch he gets shots off quickly and drives at defenders.
