Robert Thomas Taylor

Robert Thomas Taylor is a Finland international left winger known for cutting inside from the left on his right foot. Born in Kuopio in 1994, he developed with JJK Jyväskylä before beginning his senior career in Finland. Taylor later played for RoPS and AIK Stockholm, then continued his progression in Norway with Tromsø and SK Brann. His performances in Scandinavia led to a move to Inter Miami in February 2022, where he was used as a winger, wing-back and attacking midfielder. After Lionel Messi’s arrival in 2023, Taylor often attacked the left half-space and made runs beyond the Argentine, helping Inter Miami win the Leagues Cup. He also reached 100 appearances for the club. Taylor has represented Finland since 2017 and was part of the nation’s squad at UEFA Euro 2020. He is currently listed with Los Angeles Galaxy.
