Rosen Svetlinov Stefanov

Rosen Svetlinov Stefanov is a Bulgarian football defender whose development began in his home country. He started with Dorostol Silistra before joining the Cherno More Varna academy at the age of 10. Stefanov signed his first professional contract in July 2021 and made his competitive first-team debut against Botev Vratsa on 4 April 2022. Cherno More extended his contract in August 2023, reflecting his progress within the club’s senior setup. Stefanov is primarily a centre-back and has also been described as a stopper, ball-playing defender and ball-winning defender. Those roles place emphasis on defensive intervention as well as passing out from the back. He later remained linked with Cherno More Varna and is listed in Fratria’s squad references.
