Rimvydas Sadauskas

Rimvydas Sadauskas is a Lithuanian defender from Kaunas, born on 21 July 1996, and stands 1.93 metres tall. He began playing football in his hometown at six and joined Lithuania’s National Football Academy at 17. Sadauskas made his professional breakthrough with Stumbras, later spending time with Cork City in Ireland in 2017 and adding the FAI President’s Cup to his honours. He returned to Lithuania before joining Kauno Žalgiris in 2019, having been named the Best Professional Football Player in the Kaunas Region in 2018. After two seasons with FA Šiauliai in 2022 and 2023, Sadauskas continued his career in China with Guangzhou FC and Chongqing Tongliang Long. He has represented Lithuania at under-17, under-19 and under-21 level. Sadauskas is now listed with Hegelmann Litauen, bringing domestic and overseas experience to the defensive line.
