Rasmus Nissen Kristensen
Rasmus Nissen Kristensen is a Danish right-back, born in Brande on 11 July 1997. He developed at Brande IF and Herning Fremad before joining FC Midtjylland's youth system in 2012. Kristensen made his professional debut for Midtjylland in 2016 and became an established first-team defender. In 2018, he moved to Ajax, where he won the Eredivisie and KNVB Cup, before joining Red Bull Salzburg in 2019. At Salzburg, Kristensen developed into a prominent full-back and won multiple Austrian titles during three seasons. He transferred to Leeds United in 2022 and later spent the 2023–24 season on loan at AS Roma. He subsequently joined Eintracht Frankfurt while also representing Denmark internationally. Known for physical defending, aggressive tackling and aerial strength, Kristensen has also operated as a wing-back and occasional centre-back.
