Robin Leon Koch
Robin Leon Koch is a German defender born in Kaiserslautern on 17 July 1996. Standing 1.92 meters tall, he developed through 1. FC Kaiserslautern, SV Dörbach and Eintracht Trier. Koch played early senior football with Trier in Germany’s Regionalliga before returning to Kaiserslautern in 2015. He made his professional debut in the 2. Bundesliga in 2016, then joined SC Freiburg in 2017. At Freiburg, Koch established himself as a centre-back who could also operate in defensive midfield, and he made his Germany debut in 2019. Leeds United signed him in 2020, and he made 73 Premier League appearances during a three-year spell before the club’s relegation in 2023. After joining Eintracht Frankfurt on loan in 2023, he moved permanently to the club in 2024 and was named captain ahead of the 2025–26 season.
