Regan Charles-Cook made his professional debut for Charlton Athletic in August 2015. A successful loan with Solihull Moors in 2017 saw four goals in thirteen appearances. His 2021-22 stint with Ross County saw him finish as joint top scorer with 10 goals, earning PFA Scotland Team of the Year recognition. He debuted for Grenada at the 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup, starting all group matches.
