Roman Čerepkai

Roman Čerepkai is a Slovak forward who plays for FK Košice. He developed in the youth system of ŠK Slovan Bratislava, spending 2009–2018 there before a brief 2019 spell with Sampdoria and a return to Slovan. Čerepkai moved into senior football with Slovan Bratislava B, scoring seven goals in 23 appearances between 2021 and 2022. In July 2022, he joined FK Teplice in the Czech Republic, where limited playing time preceded a 2023 loan to FC ViOn Zlaté Moravce. He scored five goals during that loan before returning to Teplice. In January 2025, Čerepkai moved permanently to FK Košice, bringing his development back to Slovakia. Primarily a centre-forward, he has also been used on either wing and as an attacking midfielder, while his aerial play and link-up work support a versatile attacking role.
