Rayan Aït-Nouri

Rayan Aït-Nouri is an Algerian left-back born in Montreuil, France, on 6 June 2001. He began at AS Val de Fontenay and, after spells with ASF Le Perreux 94 and Paris FC, joined Angers in 2016. Initially a No. 10, he moved to left-back at 12 and developed through Angers’ academy before making his professional debut against Paris Saint-Germain in August 2018. Aït-Nouri moved to Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2020, first on loan and then permanently the following year. At Wolves, he operated in both back-four and back-five systems, combining overlapping runs and dribbling with defensive work. His 2024–25 campaign brought five goals and seven assists in 37 appearances. He joined Manchester City in June 2025 and has continued his career at the Premier League club while representing Algeria after previously appearing for France youth teams.
