João Gabriel Martins Peglow

João Gabriel Martins Peglow, known as Peglow, is a Brazilian attacker born in Porto Alegre on 7 January 2002. He joined Internacional’s academy in 2011 and signed his first professional contract with the club in 2018. Peglow made his senior debut for Internacional in July 2020, later scoring his first professional goal against Atlético Mineiro. He then moved on loan to Porto B in Portugal, before further temporary spells with Atlético Goianiense, Dnipro-1 and Sport Recife. With Brazil Under-17s, he won the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup on home soil and scored three goals in the tournament. After leaving Internacional for Radomiak Radom in 2024, Peglow joined D.C. United in December that year. In his 2025 debut season, he scored three goals and supplied four assists in 26 appearances, including a bicycle-kick goal against the New York Red Bulls.
