Pedro Díaz Fanjul

Pedro Díaz is a Spanish midfielder from Siero who has played in Spain and France. He developed at Sporting Gijón’s Mareo academy and made his senior debut for the reserve side in 2015. Díaz reached Sporting’s first team in 2017, appearing in a Copa del Rey victory over Reus. After joining the senior squad in 2019, he established himself as a central midfielder during four Segunda División seasons. In 2023, he moved to Bordeaux, where he continued his career in Ligue 2. Pedro Díaz returned to Spain in 2024, signing for Rayo Vallecano and making his La Liga debut.
