Pavlo Isenko

Pavlo Isenko is a Ukrainian goalkeeper who developed at Vorskla Poltava and later moved to Universitatea Craiova. Born on 21 July 2003, Isenko joined Vorskla’s first team as a teenager and made his senior debut in June 2020. He entered a Ukrainian Cup semi-final in the 119th minute for the penalty shootout, saving three of five attempts as Vorskla reached the final. After initially serving as a reserve, he became a regular during the second half of the 2022–23 season. Isenko started Vorskla’s 2023–24 Ukrainian Cup final against Shakhtar Donetsk and continued to build experience in Ukraine. His form brought call-ups to the Ukraine under-21 squad during the 2025–26 cycle. In July 2025, Isenko moved to Romania, where he has combined shot-stopping with distribution and increasingly proactive sweeper-keeper actions for Universitatea Craiova.
