Philippe Nouhou Boueye

Philippe Nouhou Boueye is a Nigerien defender born in France on 23 September 2003. He developed at Olympique Lyonnais, joining the academy in 2012 and progressing through the under-17, under-19 and reserve sides. During the 2021–22 season, Boueye was part of Lyon’s squad that won the Coupe Gambardella, France’s leading youth cup. He later completed his development with 38 Championnat National 2 appearances for Lyon B across three seasons. In July 2024, he moved to Kosovo to join Prishtina, making 19 appearances during his first season. A central defender who has also covered left-back, Boueye contributes through positioning, interceptions and aerial work. Born in France, he has represented Niger and is listed with both the Niger under-23 side and Prishtina.
