Philip Anyanwu Billing
Philip Anyanwu Billing is a left-footed central midfielder for FC Midtjylland. Born in Lagos on 11 June 1996, he began his development with Jerne IF and Esbjerg fB before moving to England and joining Huddersfield Town’s academy in 2013. Billing made his senior debut for Huddersfield in 2014 and helped the club reach the Premier League in 2017. In 2019, he transferred to AFC Bournemouth, establishing himself in midfield through his height, long-range shooting and ability to contribute in advanced positions. A January 2025 loan took Billing to Napoli, where he was part of the squad that won the 2024–25 Serie A title, before he returned to Denmark and joined Midtjylland in August 2025. He chose Denmark internationally, making his senior debut in October 2020, and has also operated as a defensive or attacking midfielder.
