Plamen Plamenov Andreev

Plamen Plamenov Andreev is a Bulgarian goalkeeper born in Sofia on 15 December 2004. He developed at Botev 57 before joining the Levski Sofia academy in 2018. Andreev made his senior debut for Levski against Cherno More Varna in May 2021, aged 16. During the 2021–22 Bulgarian Cup run, he started throughout the tournament, kept five clean sheets in six matches and captained Levski to the trophy. He also helped the club win the 2022 Bulgarian Super Cup. His performances earned a move to Feyenoord, after which he continued his club career with Debreceni VSC. At 1.92 metres, Andreev offers a strong physical presence, with close-range reflexes, cross-claiming and distribution among his noted qualities. He has represented Bulgaria at under-21 level and remains part of the country’s goalkeeping pathway.
