Oleksandr Yatsyk
Oleksandr Yatsyk is a Ukrainian midfielder born on 3 January 2003. He developed at Zmina-Obolon Kyiv before joining the Dynamo Kyiv academy, where he captained the under-19 side. Yatsyk made his Dynamo first-team debut in August 2022, coming on against Benfica in a UEFA Champions League qualifying playoff. Seeking regular senior football, he spent the 2023–24 and 2024–25 seasons on loan at Zorya Luhansk. At Zorya, he became a regular starter and contributed eight league goals across those two campaigns, including three in 2023–24 and five in 2024–25. His game has expanded from defensive midfield into central and more advanced roles, with short passing, vertical distribution and energetic pressing among his reported strengths. Yatsyk has also featured for Ukraine’s under-21 team, continuing a progression through the national setup.
