Osaze Urhoghide

Osaze Urhoghide is a Dutch-born defender who can operate at centre-back or right-back. Born in Rotterdam on 4 July 2000, he developed in England, joining CB Hounslow United before entering AFC Wimbledon’s academy. He signed a professional contract with Wimbledon in 2018 but left without a first-team appearance in 2019. At Sheffield Wednesday, Urhoghide made his senior debut in an FA Cup victory over Brighton in January 2020, then became a regular during the 2020–21 season, appearing in 16 of the final 22 league matches. He joined Celtic in 2021 and made his competitive debut against Real Betis in the Europa League. A loan at KV Oostende brought 36 appearances across 2022 and 2023, before he moved to Amiens in Ligue 2 in 2023. On 11 February 2025, FC Dallas acquired Urhoghide from Amiens, adding his recovery pace and aerial strength to their defence.
