Oleksandr Romanchuk

Oleksandr Romanchuk is a Ukrainian centre-back born in Kolomyia on 16 December 1999. He developed with Prykarpattia Ivano-Frankivsk before joining FC Lviv in 2016, where he gained senior experience in Ukraine’s second tier and amateur competitions. Dynamo Kyiv signed Romanchuk in July 2018, and he spent the following two seasons playing for its reserve and under-21 sides. He returned to FC Lviv in August 2020 and made his Ukrainian Premier League debut that September. In July 2022, Romanchuk moved to Debreceni VSC, making more than 50 appearances and featuring in the UEFA Conference League. After a 2024 spell with Kryvbas KR, he joined Universitatea Craiova in July 2025. Standing 1.93 metres tall, Romanchuk offers aerial strength and build-up ability from central defence, while his performances have included goals in Romania.
