Oliver Love Larraz

Oliver Love Larraz is an American midfielder from Denver, Colorado, who developed in the Colorado Rapids system. He joined the Rapids Youth Soccer Club in 2009-10, entered the academy in 2014, and was named its Player of the Year in 2015. In 2019, Larraz spent a formative period with MSV Duisburg’s under-19 side in Germany before briefly attending the FC Barcelona Residency Academy in Arizona in early 2020. He signed a Colorado Rapids Homegrown contract in March 2021 and made his professional debut as a late substitute in a 3–1 victory over the Houston Dynamo that May. Later in 2021, he joined San Diego Loyal SC on loan, making 12 appearances and scoring his first professional goal against Sacramento Republic FC. Returning from a serious 2022 injury, Larraz recorded eight goals and eight assists for Rapids 2 in 2023 and earned MLS NEXT Pro Best XI recognition. After appearing in every Rapids MLS league match in 2024, Oliver Larraz signed for Vancouver Whitecaps FC as a free agent through the 2027 season in January 2026.
