Omari Elijah Giraud-Hutchinson

Omari Elijah Giraud-Hutchinson is an attacking midfielder born in Redhill, England, and initially represented Jamaica internationally. He began in Chelsea’s academy, spent time away from academy football concentrating on futsal, and joined Arsenal at Under-12 level. Arsenal gave Hutchinson his first professional contract in 2020, but he returned to Chelsea in July 2022. He made his senior Chelsea debut as a substitute against Manchester City in January 2023. Seeking regular football, he joined Ipswich Town on loan for 2023–24, helping the club earn promotion and winning the EFL Championship Player of the Month award for February 2024 and Ipswich’s Young Player of the Year prize. Ipswich signed him permanently in July 2024 before Hutchinson moved to Nottingham Forest in August 2025. He later represented England Under-21s, scoring in their 2025 European Championship final victory over Germany.
