Oscar Gloukh

Oscar Gloukh is an Israeli attacking midfielder from Rehovot, born on April 1, 2004. He began at Maccabi Sha'arayim before joining the Maccabi Tel Aviv academy at six, progressing rapidly through its age groups. Gloukh made his professional debut for Maccabi Tel Aviv in August 2021 and scored on his Israeli Premier League debut against Maccabi Haifa in April 2022. His breakthrough came at the 2022 UEFA European Under-19 Championship, where he scored three goals as Israel finished runners-up, including a goal in the final against England. In January 2023, he moved to Red Bull Salzburg, developing his attacking-transition play and involvement around the box. He joined Ajax in summer 2025 and is also involved with Israel’s senior setup. Gloukh combines close control, dribbling, incisive passing and intelligent movement while continuing to develop his defensive contribution.
