Odmar Johnson Færø

Odmar Johnson Færø is a Faroese football defender born in Tórshavn on 1 November 1989. He developed in Scotland with Highland League side Keith before returning to the Faroe Islands and joining B36 Tórshavn in 2007. Færø later studied at Robert Gordon University and played for Forfar Athletic, making 21 appearances and earning his senior international debut for the Faroe Islands against Germany in 2012. He returned to B36, helping the club win Faroese championships in 2014 and 2015, and also spent a period with Banks O’ Dee in Scotland. In 2020, Færø moved to KÍ Klaksvík, where he has contributed to league titles and European campaigns. Standing 185 centimetres tall, he primarily plays at centre-back and has also operated as a defensive midfielder. Færø combines physical defending with composure in possession and has represented the Faroese national team.
