Ofir Davidzada

Ofir Davidzada is an Israeli defender, primarily a left-back, born in Be'er Sheva on 5 May 1991. He developed at hometown club Hapoel Be'er Sheva and made his senior debut in February 2010, establishing himself as a regular by the 2010–11 season. After helping the club reach the Champions League qualifying play-offs, Davidzada moved to Belgian side Gent in August 2016. He made only a handful of appearances there before returning to Israel on loan. In 2017, he joined Maccabi Tel Aviv initially on loan, with the move becoming permanent in 2018. During his Maccabi spell, he won four Israeli Premier League titles and multiple Toto Cups, while gaining experience in European competition. Davidzada also represented Israel in European and World Cup qualifying before returning to Hapoel Be'er Sheva in 2025, bringing long domestic and international experience back to his boyhood club.
