Oliver Christensen

Oliver Christensen is a Danish goalkeeper born in Kerteminde on 22 March 1999. At youth level, he started at Kerteminde Boldklub before joining Odense Boldklub's (OB) system by the under-12 level. After signing a three-year professional contract with OB in May 2017, he made his professional debut against Brøndby IF on 22 October 2018, and eventually made 71 appearances for the club. In 2021, Oliver Christensen moved to Hertha BSC, where he featured in the Bundesliga and helped the club retain its top-flight status in the 2021–22 relegation play-offs against Hamburger SV. He became Hertha's regular goalkeeper during 2022–23, making 33 Bundesliga appearances. Christensen joined Fiorentina in August 2023 and later spent the first half of 2025 on loan at Salernitana before joining Sturm Graz for the 2025–26 season. At 190 cm, he offers a strong physical presence and has been noted for reflexes, distribution and proactive sweeper-keeper actions. His international pathway includes every minute of Denmark's 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, and he made his senior debut in a 2–0 win over Sweden on 11 November 2020.
